It is built on a short round-toe shape using Goodyear welt construction. The Jed replaces traditional laces with a front-zip and hidden inner ankle/leg elastic. Handsewn apron and counter detailing inherited from the Asa style. Crafted with country grain (pebble texture) leather. Built on the 213 last with a short, round toe paired with a chunky, lightweight rubber sole. Super cool boots. This pair is brand new and has never even been tried on. I own another pair in brown and find the sizing to be true-to-size (I\'m usually a 12.5-13 US). This shoe fits a little wider than most US boots and might feel a a little looser than a fully laced boot, but that\'s pretty typical for English footwear. You should easily be able to wear thick socks with these. Includes the original bright red Grenson branded box.
