Tilt it like it。This is an outstanding fashion statement from the 1930s\'! This tilt hat consists of a rounded crown plus a felt covered ring at the back to hold the hat in a tilted position. At the back of the crown there is also a navy grosgrain bow, and 2 pink feather sprays. At both sides of the back there are 2 pink felt bows.There is also a full navy veil. You can place the veil on top of the hat, or you can wear it over the face for a \"mysterious\" look. Tilt hats were popular in the 1930s and 1940s. They were worn at an angle and held to the back of the head by a strap, rigid ring, elastic band beneath the hair, or a combination of these. There is no label, indicating it was a custom-made creation. This is an authentic piece of fashion history!
